Mainly engaged in the research of aquatic disease control and shellfish ecological aquaculture. Presided over and participated in the grants of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Sub-projects of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), and the Guangdong Province key areas research and development plan projects, the main research contents include the application of natural products in the prevention and control of fish diseases, the molecular mechanism of high active natural compounds against Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, and the large-scale death warning technology of oyster Crassostrea hongkongensis. Published more than 30 academic papers.
