个人简介

研究病毒感染与宿主的天然免疫机制,病毒复制与细胞的相互关系,肠道炎症与肿瘤发生。主要从事RNA病毒,包括呼吸道病毒、肠道病毒、寨卡病毒等感染引起的宿主天然免疫反应的分子机制,抗病毒研究和病毒感染的肠道炎症反应,以及结直肠癌发生发展的分子机制。先后主持和参与项目10余项,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,病毒学国家重点实验室开放课题1项,广东省自然科学基金面上项目1项。获授权国家发明专利2项。发表论文17篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文7篇,包括PLoS Pathogens2篇),Nature CommunicationsJournal of ImmunologyJournal of Infection等。
