个人简介

陈填烽教授一直致力于肿瘤靶向化学创新药物与诊疗应用的研究,获得万人计划青年拔尖人才项目、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技支撑计划及广东省自然科学杰出青年基金等项目的资助。先后入选了教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2010)、广东省高校千百十工程省级培养人才(2012),国家863青年科学家(2013)、广东省杰出青年基金项目(2013)、霍英东青年教师奖(2014)及万人计划青年拔尖人才2015。近五年以通讯作者Cell子刊MatterScience AdvancesJACSAngew Chem Int EdAdv Funct MaterACS Nano等本领域主流杂志发表论文超过250篇,其中IF>1045篇,封面论文38篇,h-index 60 (Google Scholar)申报中国专利60项,授权美国专利1项,实现技术成果转化12项。担任第六届国际硒研讨会主席、第一届国际富硒产业联盟大会主席。以第一完成人获得2020年中国抗癌协会科技二等奖、2018年中华医学科技奖青年科技奖、2018广东省自然科学二等奖、2017广东省科技进步三等奖2017中国产学研创新成果奖2015广州市科技二等奖、2016首届中国创新大赛优秀奖、2014第三届金博奖及2012第七届国际发明展览会银奖,推动了硒化学在生物医药领域的应用。

研究方向

陈填烽教授团队一直围绕恶性肿瘤精准诊疗中的关键科学问题,以临床问题为导向开展微量元素硒的化学设计与创新药物开发,深度揭示了硒的形态/结构/功能之间的密切联系,提升了纳米硒的功能性与成药性,实现了肿瘤多模态靶向治疗。突破了纳米硒工业化生产的技术瓶颈,打通了基础研究与临床实践之间的壁垒,促进纳米硒迅速转化应用于肿瘤临床治疗,推动了纳米技术创新发展,在国际上引领了硒纳米医学领域的快速发展。
