郭豪 教授 个人简介 基本信息 中共党员,教授,暨南大学化学与材料学院。 教育经历 2020年6月 获中国科学院化学研究所博士学位(导师:王其强研究员),研究方向:超分子催化。 工作经历 2020.09-2021.07 南京药石科技股份有限公司 资深研究员 主持非共价KRAS G12D抑制剂(MRTX1133)的工艺研发与GMP生产,推动该抗癌药物进入临床I期试验。 2021.09-2024.09 德国马克斯·普朗克分子生理学研究所 博士后研究员,获勃林格殷格翰基金会 Plus 3 Perspectives 项目资助,合作导师:Charles C. J. Loh教授。 研究方向:新型非共价键催化糖苷化反应。 2025.03-至今 暨南大学化学与材料学院 教授、独立PI,组建“糖科学与精准合成”交叉研究团队。 研究方向:动态限域介导糖的区域/立体选择性合成,开发新型糖苷化催化策略,突破复杂糖链区域/立体选择性调控难题。 研究特色: 学科交叉:融合有机合成、超分子催化与糖化学,开发“动态限域空腔”催化新体系。 应用导向:面向抗肿瘤糖疫苗、抗菌糖类药物等重大需求,推动糖科学从基础研究到产业转化。 实验室理念 "解码糖质密码,创制健康未来"——以糖科学基础研究为引擎,驱动生物医药创新突破!
