研究简介

一直从事海洋生物活性成分研究,先后主持国家十五“863”课题海藻中抗肿瘤和治疗心血管疾病活性化合物的分离与鉴定No. 2001AA628100,2004AA628030)和十一五“863”课题 珊瑚中抗肿瘤活性化合物的分离与结构鉴定(No. 2006AA09Z408))、国家自然科学基金课题抗肿瘤海洋生物碱的研究No. 20002001“Ircinia属海绵中抗肿瘤活化合物的发现与优化(No. 20772048”、南海海绵共附微生物中活性先导化合物发现(No.2117094)、珊瑚中抗污损活性物质研究(No. 4136155)、海藻中抗污损活性物质研究(No.21672084)、海绵中抗海洋污损生物的代谢研究(No. 41876154)及以HER2靶点的海绵中新型抗乳腺癌活性成分及作用机制研究(No.42376085)和广东省自然科学基金课题、广东省科技计划课题广东省自然资源厅课题和广州市科技计划课题等三项课题,通过这些项目的完成,从海洋生物品种海藻、珊瑚、海绵中分离鉴定从我国南海各种海洋生物品种中分离鉴定1500多种海洋天然产物,其中400余种为首次发现的新化合物,这些化合物的分属于萜类、生物碱、甾醇、神经酰胺、脂肪酸,糖类。对具有自主知识产权的且生物活性较强的4个海洋生物碱、一个二糖酯与一个环肽化合物进行全合成,并进行结构修饰得到100多个修饰化合物。在国内外权威学术期刊,如:Organic LettersBritish Journal of PharmacologyJournal of Natural ProductsSteroidsMarine Drugs等期刊上发表学术论文200余篇,申请国内专利20项,授权15项。

1、海洋药物化学的分离:从海藻、珊瑚、海绵等海洋生物及共附生微生物中分离海洋药物活性先导化合物;

2、海洋药物全合成:对具有自主知识产权的活性化合物进行全合成、结构修饰及规模化制备;

3、药物活性筛选、成药性评价及应用:活性化合物进行于化妆品、药物及材料等开发。
