Second-Level Professor, Chief Physician; Doctoral Supervisor; Vice President of the Clinical Research Institute at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, Director of the Department of Psychiatry, and Director of the Sleep Medicine Center.

  • From January 1996 to January 1999, he studied at the Anxiety Disorders Department of the Psychiatry Department at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University, under the guidance of Professor Michael Jenike, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. He also conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center under the mentorship of the world-renowned depression expert Professor A. John Rush (Chair of the DSM-IV Mood Disorders Diagnostic Criteria Working Group and Principal Investigator of the STAR*D Antidepressant Treatment Study). His research focused on the psychobiology of depressive disorders and the efficacy of antidepressant medications.


  • In 2003, he received a scholarship from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and underwent clinical training in sleep medicine at the Sleep Center of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, studying under the guidance of the world-renowned sleep expert Professor Alan Pack to learn clinical diagnostic and treatment techniques for sleep disorders.


  • His current clinical research focuses on the psychobiology and clinical pharmacology of sleep disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.
