Wu Hao, Chief Physician, PhD, Associate Professor, Master's Degree Supervisor, Deputy Director of Orthopaedics and Deputy Director of Spine Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University. He specialises in the minimally invasive treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc disease, treatment of spinal fractures, diagnosis and staging of cervical and lumbar spine diseases, fusion and non-fusion surgery for degenerative spine diseases, and is passionate about spinal endoscopy, minimally invasive discectoscopy, percutaneous minimally invasive decompression and internal fixation of the spinal canal, and percutaneous vertebroplasty. He was the first to complete the clinical development of dual-channel spinal endoscopy in Guangdong Province and successfully held five clinical training courses on spinal endoscopy. He has presided over three provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in nine national 863 projects and provincial and ministerial level projects as a major scientific researcher, published more than 10 papers, and edited four treatises in recent years. After graduating from Jinan University in 2004, he stayed in the university to work, engaged in spinal surgery career for 20 years, had further study in the Third Military Medical University Xinqiao Hospital to learn minimally invasive spinal endoscopy technology, participated in the Shanghai Huashan Hospital, ISAR Hospital in Germany for spinal endoscopy training, focusing on the clinical research of dual-channel spinal endoscopy technology in 2019, is the domestic dual-channel spinal endoscopy technology forerunner in Guangdong Province was first to complete the dual-channel clinical pioneering work of spinal endoscopy, successfully held five clinical training courses of spinal endoscopy in Jinan University, currently is the head of Guangdong training centre of International UBE Association, the teaching director of Guangdong Province spinal endoscopy restrictive technology training base and Jinan University orthopaedic regulation training base.
