个人简介

教授/主任医师、硕士及博士生导师、博士后合作导师,疼痛科主任及学科带头人,广东省高等学校“千百十工程”培养对象。岭南名医,第二届“十大我最喜爱的岭南大医生”,羊城好医生

从事急、慢性疼痛诊疗临床、教学及科研工作30多年。在慢性疼痛性疾病的诊断及治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验,在带状疱疹后神经痛、肩周炎、膝骨关节炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症及骨质疏松症等慢性疼痛及慢性顽固性疼痛的治疗和研究方面形成了一套特色医疗和研究方案。

主要研究方向:急慢性疼痛性疾病的分子机理与治疗。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,省部级等基金项目10余项,以通讯/共同通讯作者在《Biomaterials》、《Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences》及《Free Radical Biology and Medicine》等高水平国际期刊上发表SCI收录论文50余篇。培养的博士、硕士获得了“广东省优秀学生”、“暨南大学优秀毕业生”称号及研究生国家奖学金。

参与了2项国家疼痛医疗战略调研及标准制定:2020年《中国疼痛防控与健康促进战略蓝皮书》编写以及《中国疼痛健康指数》调研、编写及发布。牵头编写了《尺神经阻滞专家共识》,《腹直肌鞘阻滞专家共识(2023版)》,《腹横肌平面阻滞中国疼痛学与麻醉学专家共识(2023版)》,《竖脊肌平面阻滞中国疼痛学与麻醉学专家共识(2023版)》及《腰方肌阻滞疗法中国专家共识(2024版)》5部专家共识,参与了《坐骨神经阻滞专家共识(2022版)》,《肋间神经阻滞疗法中国专家共识(2023版)》及《带状疱疹相关疼痛全程管理共识》的编写。

研究方向

1. 细胞凋亡信号通路及分子机制方面的研究,利用活细胞定量FRET成像技术研究细胞死亡的分子调控机制,建立系统的活细胞定量FRET成像分析技术,研发多种型号的活细胞定量FRET成像分析系统。近年来一直运用原子力显微术(AFM)、FRET、基因质粒技术及荧光发射谱检测分析技术进行单个分子探测、单个细胞超微结构及细胞凋亡分子调控机制的研究,积累了丰富的单分子探测、单个细胞超微结构以及细胞凋亡分子调控研究机制方面的经验。实现了光学成像技术和生物学技术的有机结合,并率先将其运用于软骨细胞凋亡分子调控机理的研究。在《Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences》、Free Radical Biology and Medicine》、Journal of Cell Science》、《CellularSignaling》及《Biomaterials等高水平国际期刊上发表SCI收录论文60多篇。
