个人简介

  丁郁,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家级人才支持计划入选者,国家重点研发计划项目负责人。中国食品科学技术学会第三届青年工作委员会委员,广东省首届食品药品监督管理局危害食品安全涉嫌犯罪案件涉案食品评估认定专家库专家委员,广东省食用菌行业协会副秘书长。暨南大学理工学院食品微生物安全及功能性食品研究团队负责人。主要研究方向为:食品微生物安全与控制、植源性功能性食品研发、生物反应器等。近五年主持了包括国家重点研发计划在内的多项国家级及省部级科研项目。迄今发表SCI论文60余
