个人简介

卢惠辉, 暨南大学, 理工学院光电工程系, 副教授/博士/博导

从事微纳光子学的有关研究工作,研究工作涉及铌酸锂光子晶体器件和微纳结构光纤器件的设计、制作和测试:(1)铌酸锂波导上实现微纳结构如光子晶体、声子晶体、等离子体激元共振结构等,实现电光调制器、电光可调谐滤波器、光学谐振腔和极弱电场探测器等;(2)微纳结构光纤器件研究涉及石墨烯和其他微纳粒子的与微纳光纤和抛磨光纤结合实现传感功能光电器件。在波导器件和微纳结构光子器件的理论分析、数值模拟、以及实际器件的设计、超净间的微纳量级加工(光刻、电子束蚀刻、聚焦离子束、光学镀膜等)和光电测试等方面积累了一些成功的经验。目前已发表30余篇学术论文 (LSA,APL,OL,OE,PR),主持国家级科研项目4(国家科技重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金),省厅级项目多项,并部分参与欧盟研究项目(3D-DEMO FP6 European Project)、法国国家纳米研究项目、美国国防先进研究项目署(DARPAE-FED)电场探测器子项目的研究。在许多国际学术会议(PECS, SPIE, OECC) 上做过学术报告,获得2012年度中国政府“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”获得者、2015广州市珠江科技新星、2015年广东省自然科学杰出青年基金、2016年广东省“特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才。
