个人简介

彭喜春,教授,博士生导师。从事于与食物营养组分与肠道健康方面的研究,具体涉及以下几个方面:

1)植物功能性多糖对慢病的作用;2)药食两用食物的功效机制;3)益生菌或肠道菌群与宿主的相互作用;

4)功能性食品的开发。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目两项、省部级项目和市局级项目多项,与企业合作的横向课题30余项。获得省级科技进步奖二等奖一项,发表SCI收录期刊论文30余篇,其中1区和2区论文20余篇;Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function, Journal of functional food等多个食品科学领域高水平国际学术期刊论文的审稿人。
