个人简介陈嘉莉,博士毕业于香港浸会大学中药学,暨南大学博士后,副教授,硕导。主持获得第一届全国博士后创新创业大赛金奖(国家级)、全国创新创业优秀博士后荣誉、以及2025年广东省青年人才培育获得者。主持国家省部级项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目3项,发表论文30 余篇,以第一/通讯作者在iMeta、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Chemistry等国际期刊发表论文17篇(高被引论文2篇),申请专利8项(授权5项)。担任iMeta副主编、Anaerobe编委、The innovation、Food Frontiers 等青年编委,以及Food Research International、Journal of Advanced Research、Gut Microbes、Pharmacology Research等二十余个国际期刊特邀审稿人。参编教材《食品营养学》、《食品营养与健康》、以及《益生菌行业白皮书》和《功能食品行业白皮书》。目前主要研究方向包括:药食同源功能性食品开发、药食同源食膳营养研究、个性化营养、肠道益生菌功能活性研究、天然产物化学及功能性评价等。 学习经历2010.09-2014.06 香港浸会大学(UIC),食品科学与工程(营养学),学士学位 2014.08-2015.11 香港浸会大学,生物系 食物检测及食物安全管理,硕士学位 2016.08-2019.11 香港浸会大学,中药学,博士学位 工作经历2020.01-2022.06 暨南大学,药学院,博士后 2022.06-2023.09 暨南大学理工学院,副教授 2025.06-至今 澳洲新南威尔士大学,Senior Visiting Fellow (硕导) 2023.09-至今 暨南大学生命科学技术学院,副教授 研究方向1. 药食同源功能性配料开发及应用 2.
