个人简介

陈嘉莉,博士毕业于香港浸会大学中药学,暨南大学博士后,副研究员,硕导。主持国家省部级项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目3项,发表论文30 余篇,以第一/通讯作者在iMeta、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Chemistry等国际期刊发表论文16篇(高被引论文2篇),申请专利6项(授权5项)。担任iMeta(IF:23.7)副主编、Anaerobe编委、The innovation(IF:33.2)、Food Frontiers (IF: 9.9) 等青年编委,以及Food Research International、Journal of Advanced Research、Gut Microbes、Pharmacology Research等二十余个国际期刊特邀审稿人。参编教材《食品营养学》、《食品营养与健康》、以及《益生菌行业白皮书》和《功能食品行业白皮书》。获得第一届全国博士后创新创业大赛金奖,以及全国创新创业优秀博士后荣誉。目前主要研究方向包括:药食同源功能性食品开发、药食同源食膳营养研究、个性化营养、肠道益生菌功能活性研究、天然产物化学及功能性评价等。
