个人简介

崔磊,博士生导师,暨大赤潮与海洋生物学研究中心副主任,暨南大学“双百英才计划”暨南杰青第一层次(100%资助),暨南大学首届“青荷学者”,国家重点学科“水生生物学”优秀青年骨干。科学研究方向主要聚焦于有害藻华发生的生态学机制、赤潮生物的光响应生理学,微藻功能基因作用机制等方向。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等国家级科研项目5项,近五年以第一或通讯作者发表于Nature Communications,Environmental Science & Technology,Chemical Engineering Journal,Harmful algaeAquaculture等SCI期刊十余篇。担任SCI期刊Journal of Marine Science and Engineering的客座编辑,Frontiers in Protistology期刊编委。担任国家自然科学基金函评专家及The ISME Journal、Harmful algae等国内外期刊审稿专家。

研究方向

中国沿海藻华多发海域赤潮暴发机制研究:探究典型藻华物种对环境变化的生理生态响应。

海洋微藻潜在毒性研究:以潜在毒性物质视黄醛为例,探究视黄醛在藻类中的积累机制及其所造成的生态影响。

海洋微藻光生理研究:以赤潮生物抑食金球藻为例,研究赤潮藻光合作用特征及光胁迫(如高光或蓝光胁迫)影响下的光响应机制,探究海洋微藻的光适应策略。

海洋微藻基因编辑研究:基于CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术对假微海链藻进行基因敲除,探究其色素循环,光捕获蛋白在光能过剩环境下的能量耗散过程。
