个人简介

蔡全英博士、教授,硕/博士研究生导师。招收生态学硕士/博士、生物与医药专业硕士研究生,欢迎相关专业领域博士后开展合作研究。主要从事环境有机污染与生物修复、土壤污染与农产品质量安全、有机固体废物资源化利用技术与原理等研究工作,先后承担国家自然科学基金项目5、广东省自然科学基金项目2项及广东省科技计划项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金与广东省政府联合基金重点项目等课题。在国家自然科学基金等项目资助下,研究了有机污染物在土壤-作物系统的环境行为及其对农产品质量安全的影响机制及控制/修复技术等,包括邻苯二甲酸酯、抗生素、多环芳烃等土壤-作物-水系统的污染特征(时空分布、健康风险)迁移分布、生物富集、降解代谢、生物修复、调控技术等。

已在国内外核心期刊如《中国环境科学》、《农业工程学报》《Bioresource Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Science of Total Environment》等发表了150多篇论文,其中SCI收录论文80(第一作者或通讯作者32),被SCI论文引用2000多次;获授权发明专利15件;于2016年获广东省环境保护科学技术一等奖(排名第四)2012年分别获得广东省环境科学学会和中国环境科学学会青年科技奖

研究方向

1污染环境生物修复技术:主要通过筛选高效降解有机污染物的微生物菌株和合成微生物菌群,优化降解条件,研究其降解性能、途径及机理,包括关键降解基因的筛选和功能验证等。研究土壤微生物群落结构和功能及其对有机污染物消减的影响及机理,构建污染土壤的生物修复技术及农艺强化措施。

2、土壤有机污染与农产品安全:主要研究土壤-作为系统有机污染物如塑化剂邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)、多环芳烃、壬基酚等的污染特征、环境行为(生物富集、迁移转化、吸附/解吸、降解作用)。筛选低累积有机污染物的作物品种,研究高、低累积作物品种形成的生理生化机制、分子生物机理、微生物介导机制等,构建保障农产品安全的“边生产边修复”技术体系并阐明其原理。

3、有机固体废物处理与利用技术:主要研究城市污泥有机污染物的污染特征、去除技术及机制,探讨污泥堆肥新工艺、污泥堆肥生产多功能基质的方法,包括高值化利用城市污泥及堆肥的方法和技术等。
