个人简介邓宁博士,教授,博士研究生导师,美国密西根大学博士后。广东省抗体药物与免疫检测工程技术研究中心主任,暨南大学生物系细胞工程教研室主任。国家“863”项目主持人,国家自然科学基金、广东省基金、广州市科技计划等项目评审专家,Cancer Science等杂志审稿专家,获得暨南大学“十一五”优秀科研工作者,暨南大学本科教贡献校长奖获得者,暨南大学生科院师德标兵等荣誉。 科研方面:主要围绕肿瘤血管新生抑制机制、肿瘤治疗性多肽疫苗、肿瘤治疗性工程抗体与抗体药物开发等开展研究。建立了肿瘤血管生长抑制、肿瘤生长转移等评价系统,建立了和肿瘤多肽疫苗的设计和人源性抗体药物研究技术平台。开展了人源性抗bFGF ds-Diabody肿瘤治疗性抗体和多表位肿瘤性疫苗的开发研究。主持了国家“863”专题项目、国家自然科学基金,和省部级科研项目10余项。获得国际发明专利授权1项,国家发明专利授权7项。在Cell Death and Disease, Advanced Functional Materials,Cancer Science等杂志发表SCI研究论文30余篇。 教学方面:广东省细胞生物学教学团队负责人,主持的“动物细胞工程精品课程”获二十一届全国教育教学信息化大赛高等教育组精品开放课程二等奖,主持“动物细胞工程”获得广东省在线一流精品课程认定,主持“动物细胞工程”和“医学细胞生物学”广东省精品资源共享课,获得第五届暨南大学本科教学校长奖。主编教材《动物细胞工程》第二版(科学出版社,2021,中国科学院教材建设专家委员会规划教材);副主编教材《细胞工程原理与技术》(高等教育出版社,2017,iCourse系列教材);主编教材《动物细胞工程》(科学出版社,2014,中国科学院教材建设专家委员会规划教材);参编教材《医学细胞生物学》(科学出版社,2011);参编教材《医学细胞生物学实验与复习思考题》(科学出版社,2012)。指导本科学生获批广东省挑战杯大学生科技作品竞赛三等奖,指导本科学生获批国家级创新工程项目5项。 学习经历1987年本科毕业于华中师范大学生物系 1993年硕士研究生毕业于华中师范大学昆虫学研究所 2003年博士毕业于中山大学生科院。 工作经历1987.06-1988.08,湖北 长江机床长子弟学校教师 1988.08-1990.09,湖北三峡大学生物系任教 1993-2000年在湖北三峡大学医学院任教 2003-现在,暨南大学生科院任教 2009-2010,美国密西根大学癌症研究中心博士后。 研究方向基因工程抗体设计与抗体药物研发 肿瘤多肽疫苗 肿瘤血管新生 主要论文1.
