个人简介胡长鹰,女,博士,暨南大学食品科学与工程系/广东普通高校产品包装与物流重点实验室教授,博士生导师。食品安全国家标准食品相关产品审评委员会委员,中国振动工程学会包装动力学委员会常务理事,全国食品接触材料及制品标委会金属制品标准分委会(TC397SC5)副秘书长,国家“三新”食品行政许可评审专家。从事食品包装技术与安全、绿色可持续包装、功能与营养食品等领域研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目课题、国家科技支撑项目课题、广东省自然科学基金、食品安全国家标准和国家质检总局科技计划项目等科研项目,参与国家标准制定/修订7项,发表SCI/EI论文70多篇;部分专利成果实现产业化;获广东省科技进步二等奖、中国包装行业科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖、食品工业协会一等奖等。 学习经历2013.9-2014.3 美国罗格斯大学访问学者 2000.2-2004.3 博士(食品科学),江南大学 1992.8 -1994.12 硕士(轻工机械),江南大学(无锡轻工业学院) 1986.8-1990.6本科(机械制造工艺与设备),南京航空航天大学 工作经历2005.7- 广州暨南大学食品科学与工程系任教 1990.7-2005.6江南大学机械工程学院过程装备与控制系(原食品机械教研室)任教。 研究方向食品包装技术与安全,绿色可持续包装,功能与营养食品 主要论文(自2020年 食品包装技术与安全方向) 1.
