个人简介

李丽丽,副教授,食品科学与工程系(食品安全与营养研究院)。


研究方向:食品安全,病原微生物危害因子(耐药,毒力)作用机制,肠道菌群,CRISPR基因编辑,快速检测。


主讲食品生物技术全英课程。


主持7个项目,其中1项国青基,5个省部级项目,企业合作1项。


近5年以通讯/第一作者发表17篇食品领域高水平SCI论文,其中1区及top论文15篇,影响因子大于10分2篇。


获授权专利4项,开发了系列试剂盒已转化上市。


获省级科技进步二等奖2项。


指导本科生第一作者发表top论文一篇,指导2项国家级,1项省级大创项目。


《Frontiers in Microbiology》专刊编辑;
