个人简介
彭喜春,教授,博士生导师。现任国际学院副院长/生命科学技术学院系主任,曾获得广东省科技进步奖(排名第三);暨南大学第三届青年教师本科教学竞赛二等奖;获得2013-2014年度暨南大学青年教师校长奖;获得国家教育部课件大赛优秀奖;获得广东省课件大赛二等奖;2007年度暨南大学理工学院科技优秀奖;2008年度暨南大学优秀教师。主要从事以下几个领域的研究:1.天然产物的活性及机制;2.天然产物与肠道细菌的互作对慢病的影响主机制;3.功能性饮品的研究与开发;4.益生菌发酵乳品的研究与开发;5.药食两用功能性食品的料的发酵与产品开发;6.肠道新型益生细菌的挖掘及功能研究。主持国家级、省级、市级项目多项,与企业合作的横向课题30余项,总科研经费逾900万元。发表SCI收录期刊论文70余篇,其中1区和2区论文50余篇;Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function, Journal of functional food等多个国际学术期刊论文的审稿人。
