个人简介
中国民主进步党会员。2006年从中国科学院研究生院博士毕业后,先后在中国科学院广州分院、暨南大学理工学院食品科学与工程系从事教学科研工作。目前在暨南大学承担本科生的课程《食品加工机械与设备》、《工程制图与CAD》、《机械设计基础》和研究生课程《高级食品化学》等教学工作。科研方面,主要围绕大蒜加工、茶叶工艺优化等方面开展研究工作,已经发表相关科研论文30多篇,获得授权发明专利多项。
