个人简介

  黄斐然,暨南大学网络空间安全学院教授、博导,暨南大学计算传播研究中心副主任、网络与教育技术中心副主任,广东省青年拔尖人才。兼任广东公安信息化专家、广东省数字政府改革建设专家、广东省公安科技协同创新中心专家咨询委员会委员。主要研究方向为社交网络挖掘、舆情大数据分析。在领域内权威会议与期刊SIGIR、KDD、WWW、ACL、MM、IEEE TKDE、IEEE TIP、IJCV等发表论文 90 余篇,谷歌学术上被引用1800余次。其中,以第一/通讯作者发表CCF A 类或中科院一区论文20余篇,影响因子共计200以上。获得CCF A类会议SIGIR 2023最佳论文荣誉提名(一作,2/165)、CCF C类会议PAKDD 2023最佳论文亚军、智能计算与控制国际会议(IC&C 2023)最佳论文等奖。

  主持/负责国家自然科学基金3项、国家社科基金重大项目子课题1项、中央部委重大委托项目1项,主持广东省基金、教育部委托、省公安厅委托等项目10余项。授权国家发明专利30余项、美国发明专利4项、软件著作权5项,获得日内瓦国际发明展金奖。研究成果为科学有效抗击新冠肺炎提供支持,且为二十大、中国航展等多项重大活动的安保工作提供技术支撑,受到了公安、教育部等有关部门的专函致谢。研发的技术成功落地应用于腾讯、阿里、海康威视、大华、字节跳动、拓尔思等十余家互联网领军企业以及中电科、省公安厅等国家重要单位。

  自主研发某大数据分析平台,构建了舆情分析与态势感知系统、知识图谱分析系统等10余个子系统,积累行业、媒体、网安等多种类型的数据400多亿条,成功服务于多个中央部委部门。个人撰写的网安分析、舆情分析等研究专报获得60余篇次批示与采纳,其中中央领导批示6篇次,中办、中宣部等部门和省部级领导采纳批示40余篇次。
