个人简介

本人主要从事于片上功能化的微纳光子器件与集成,片上声光相互作用与增强器件以及光通信、光传感领域相关器件的研究工作。截止目前,已发表SCI/EI科技论文34篇,其中,以第一作者/通信作者身份发表SCI学术论文15篇,包括本领域权威期刊Photonics Research, Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters, Optics Express, IEEE Journal of lightwave technology等;主持包括科技部重点研发计划项目子课题,国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目在内各类国家级/省部级/校级科研项目共7;申请国家发明专利8项,授权5项,同时授权1PCT国际专利;曾多次在国际会议上做口头汇报,并担任IEEE Photonic Technology LettersOptics ExpressIEEE Photonics Journal等期刊杂志的审稿人。

研究方向

片上光信息功能器件及集成

欢迎对片上光无源/有源集成器件、声光互作器件、光通信器件、光传感器件以及半导体工艺等研究方向感兴趣的同学报读硕士研究生。要求学生具备光电信息和理工科背景,对研究生生活充满热情,做事积极主动。项目组目前所在研究团队具备非常好的科研平台,科研经费充足,与国内外多个课题组长期保持良好的交流与合作,并积极鼓励研究生参加国内外学术会议,科研氛围融洽。
