赵山程，现为暨南大学信息科学技术学院教授、博导，广东省杰出青年基金获得者，2009年和2015年在中山大学分别获得学士和博士学位，2013-2014在加州大学洛杉矶分校访问研究。

  长期从事纠错编码及其应用研究，在领域内权威期刊和会议发表论文70余篇，授权国家发明专利15件；近年来主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级项目4项；指导学生入选2024年中国电子学会硕士学位论文激励计划；担任SCI期刊Physical Communication (Elsevier), Alexandria Engineering Journal.等的编委；研究成果获IEEE GlobeCom最佳论文奖、电子学会自然科学奖等。

  出版教材1部，主持建设了省级一流课程1门，获广东省青年教师教学竞赛三等奖。
